The ERW steel pipe is made of hot-rolled steel coils that have been put through a process known as cold roll forming. The resulting pipe can have a uniform wall thickness with an allowable amount of variation between -0.25mm and +0.25mm. Its outside diameter also can be accurately machined to a close tolerance. According to the API standard or GB/T9711.1 standard, both ends of the steel pipe are beveled and the pipe is cut to the required length

With a wall thickness being anywhere from 3mm to 18mm, our pipe has what it takes to bear heavy load while delivering exceptional performance. Before leaving factory, each pipe product has to pass the hydrostatic test, ultrasonic test, and radiation test.
